Territory: Nevada, Utah, that part of Arizona within a 25-mile radius of Kayenta, the counties of Alpine, Inyo, and Mono in California, and that part of California which lies along and east of Highway 89, beginning at its junction with Highway 50 south of Lake Tahoe and northward along Highway 89 to its junction with Highway 36 west of Lake Almanor, and along and south of Highway 36 eastward to its junction with Highway 395, and then eastward along Highway 395 and an unnumbered roadway to the California-Nevada line.
